Miss Kentucky Teen All American 2025

Karlie Holmen graduated from Marshall County High School in May with Summa Cum Laude honors. Throughout high school, she was an active member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and FFA. She also represented her school on the cheer team while competing as an All-Star cheerleader.
Karlie is currently a Freshman at Murray State University to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine, combining her passion for animals with her dream of making a difference in their care. She shares her life with three beloved dogs and believes strongly in the positive impact animals can have on mental health. As a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness, Karlie strives to break down stigmas, encourage open conversations, and remind others that it’s okay to not be okay, as long as you reach out for support.

The youngest of four siblings, Karlie treasures time spent with her brothers and sister. She enjoys hiking, fishing, boating, and baking, and has a love for exploring nature. Some of her fondest childhood memories include walking the shore at her grandpa’s cabin in Minnesota searching for agates and combing beaches for seashells.

Karlie found her way to pageants during a time when she was searching for something to grasp onto. After moving from Minnesota to Kentucky during the challenging times of COVID, she discovered a passion for pageantry. What she enjoys most is meeting new people, hearing about their passions, and experiencing the unique sisterhood that pageants offer. They’ve become her saving grace, and she’s grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on her life.
